The Job:

-        Perform hands-on system administration, configuration, deployment, maintenance, solution implementation, and disaster recovery of infrastructure.

-        Manage platform services, including cloud computing resources, servers, databases, SAN storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and data centre facilities.

-        Analyse, test, plan, design, implement, monitor, and manage the company's cloud systems and network, while also ensuring capacity management, security operations, troubleshooting, and documentation.

-        Ensure that daily operational health checks and meet the support service level agreement

-        Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot systems, networks, firewalls, servers, and storage.

-        Produce high-quality operational manuals for the operations and support team to support daily backup operations.

-        Follow up on outstanding incidents and ensure timely resolution.

The Person:

-        Holder of a Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related discipline.

-        Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with experience in supply chain and logistics institutions being an advantage.

-        Solid experience with virtualization technologies, cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft Azure and AliCloud, encryption technology, and backup and recovery solutions.

-        Proficient in supporting operating systems, system backup operations, and technical troubleshooting

-        Hands-on experience with various enterprise infrastructure platforms, including cloud computing resources, servers, databases, middleware, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.
